discord not fitting window

yet another issue I personally am having where I cant scroll up or down in  friends list and everything on discord will suddenly not fit the window and refreshing doesn't solve it opening and closing does not fix it I've had to do things like open a conversation in new tab double click conversations with number notification on them to get discord to return normal this added with the random deleting of part of my conversations up to a certain point makes this entire thing virtually useless and irritating .
