Screen Share Freezing

Hi, in the past month, whenever I watch my friend's screen share, there tends to be random 2-3 second freezes of the stream between 30 seconds and a minute. I can't determine the source of the problem, but nothing has changed between my computer and my friend's, which makes me believe there must be a problem with discord. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
