Noise cancelation at higher decibels in VC

I would like a feature where you could filter out sound above certain decibels (a slider for this would be nice), in order to prevent earrape like a temporary local mute if someone suddenly goes above a certain decibel, this would help people with sensory overloads in community servers where you never know who might join.
