Special badge/medal on profile for ex-employees of Discord

I think that ex-employees should absolutely be rewarded with something like this and thank them for their hard work with a medal/special badge. It also shows other users informatively that they've been an employee.

    Just to comment on that, it should only be if the employee in question wanted to get that badge/medal, so that it's not forced.

    In my opinion, I would completely agree without any doubts whatsoever. Retired Discord Employees should have honour and recognition granted as a lasting legacy, and to say thanks for being part of the ultimate team anywhere. Perhaps also free permanent Discord Nitro too?
