Fixing Phone Text (Italic bold)

So, I’m an iPhone user. Whenever I use three stars - *** - for italic bold, it just turns up as bold to me, not to others, and if I look at the desktop version after saying something, then it shows as italic bold. Not sure if this was intential or not, but it’s quite bothersome sometimes. I hope this is fixed at one point.
