Disable Webhook messages from using @everyone / @here
Someone in my server found out that @everyone went through Webhooks and I'd love a way to disable this.

Definitely support this! There is almost never a reason for a Webhook to use AtHere and AtEveryone Mentions. -1 -
I can definitely think of a reason why a webhook would need @here / @everyone. A server owner could use a webhook to schedule announcements without having to install a bot into the server

This is still a problem, for my service I just added a discord escape that replaces @ with (at) for the moment. It'll have to do as this is already three years old.
