Allow Both Screen Sharing and Video to be On

Make screen sharing be allowed as the same time as video. This could be done with the screen share fill the screen and the web cam be on the bottom corners (or any corner, the user could choose) similar to how I would stream a video game on twitch.

  I think this would be a really cool idea and I like how it would be in the corner like on a gaming live stream!
