Feature request - Muting certain text channels by default

Hello! I wanted to suggest a cool feature that I have been wanting for a while now. Basically, you can set channels to be muted by default. In some cases this would be useful like for instance for a bot-commands or minecraft-to-discord chat.

  I think this would be a great idea! I do feel that if they add this then the user should still have the option to unmute the channel if they would like to.
