Add Touch Support for Discord Desktop for Tablet PCs

Tablet PCs don't work well with the standard Win32 Discord Desktop client. The client isn't really touch-friendly. For example, the "Type a message" bar does not scroll up when you use a touch keyboard. Please make the Discord Desktop client more touch friendly, or make a Microsoft Store app for Discord. (Making a Microsoft Store app can help improve the visibility of Discord too!)

  +1 ! All I need is just having the android app but natively for Windows 10.
