Channel/category specific roles!

Would love to see category specific roles that can be mentioned in that category only. IE we have a Destiny section and an Anthem section. Would be nice to have a Raid role for Destiny that can be pinged in that category but cant be used elsewhere preventing unnecessary pings in off-topic channels.

  This would be very useful for multi-game communities, we have to awkwardly explain why x rank is showing up for y game, instead of just being able to have foxhole ranks show up for the foxhole category, or eve ranks for the eve category.

  In addition to this, and translate @Royalcommand's request into a bit more technical terms:
  it would be awesome if the category/channel-specific role could be hidden to show only in the specific category/channel when you click on the user to see their roles, this could clean up some clutter in large servers and avoid confusing to category/channel-specific role.
