Allow Video Playback

It would be nice if Discord allowed video playback for posted video files. It gets pretty annoying when it always downloads them. Plus, doing that takes up space on the device. At least let us long tap/right click to give us the option to download instead of it being forced. And a simple tap/left click would play it.

    Also, I did say video files and not video links for a reason. Video links to YouTube, Reddit, etc, makes sense it would take you to that site.
