[Android] Remove the image editor screen when uploading emojis
Currently when you try to upload an emoji on Android, you get a screen where you can edit the image before uploading (zoom, crop, rotate, etc), just like when you're uploading a profile picture. I feel like this feature is unnecessary for emojis, because it seems to cause more bugs than anything (it was the root cause of the bug where PNG emojis would lose background transparency, and now it's causing more bugs related to confusion between JPG and PNG formats).
Removing the image editor from the upload emoji process would be a radical way to get rid of those bugs, and wouldn't impact the user experience that negatively, since editing emojis before uploading is not even a feature on Desktop!

Yes- what happened? I’m not able to maintain transparency when I upload an emoji now?! Horrible!

iOS needs the same bug fix. I’ll upload a png emote and it shows up after the editing screen with a background. This didn’t happen until recently and should be fixed, but I think the editor itself isn’t at fault, just confuses images between PNG and JPEG.
