When creating server, suggest to disable mentions for all messages

When someone creates a new server, they should get a popup informing them that their server is set to notifs for all messages, rather then just @mentions. You don't know how many servers I've joined of a relatively large size that didn't even know this was an option, and so they just left it so all messages pinged.
