Make an emote's image blow up a little larger when hovering your mouse over it.

When hover your mouse over an emote or emoji in chat, It currently just displays the name, ex: :"cat:" It would be cool to have this feature because sometimes emotes can be pretty small are very hard to see without zooming in your screen or getting really close to your monitor.
