Mute all servers
This isn't about channels within a server, which is why I'm making this its own suggestion.
It would be nice to have a "mute all" option in the tray icon context menu. This would mute *everything* instead of having to go through and mute every server individually. Ideally, this would only be a temporary status if the user has to do something that requires there be no interruptions, such as make a recording.
Also, um, please update your emoji to the latest version. There are new ones!

I think this feature is provided via Streamer Mode and this can be bound to a shortcut (instead of a tray option), see https://support.discordapp.com/hc/en-us/articles/218485407-Streamer-Mode-101 for more information. -1 -
Annnnd why not use DND status? -11 -

What op is requesting is a button to mute all servers like if you where to click on a server & mute it which would be really useful & a huge time saver for someone like I who is part of around 40 servers. So basically you would click a mute all servers button or something like that then after that be able to unmute the server(s) of your choosing.
- ||Jojo|| the feature "Disable Notifications" while it does mute all notifs it does this only when Streamer Mode is active & you don't have the ability to unmute any specific server.
- TheFutureKnight using DND is like using Streamer Mode which mutes all with no choice to individually unmute specific servers.

Desktop client, click on your icon (bottom left), click "Do not Disturb, you will not receive any Desktop notifications".
Then reverse operation to "online' when finished.

This would still be a very nice feature. A blanket way to mute all servers, then could unmute the few we care about. Maybe even a nice list of all servers with mute options next to each one, with a "mute all" or "unmute all" with quick and easy checkboxes. DND is not selective, and all or none in that consideration isn't ideal.

Another problem is DND is that it doesn't work on mobile. Which can makes it pretty useless...

Wasn't the main idea the convenience of making it a system tray icon? So you want Discord to shut up real quick, you just go to the tray icon, click "mute for 1 hour" or for "8 hours" or whatever like we have individually for servers and DMs, but it's the whole app. And then Discord shuts the heck up for a bit while you're trying to show grandma how to do her taxes.
Even just having a status menu for Away/Idle/DND in the context menu would be nice. A bit of a pain to have to open up and go through Discord's UI when you usually want to shut it up immediately.
But I guess that's probably low priority, just QOL.0 -
I second Cindy's request. I often need to mute everything but will likely forget to unmute later due to health issues which cause major memory problems. Options to mute all for a specific time frame would be extremely useful to me.
