Long text post turns into image?

So I was using DM with another person and we were doing some long-post story writing for them, everytime they made a long post that was over the 2000 character limit it would turn into an image like so below. They calm that they are using PC and they do not have nitro. This is not a screen shot! This is what they claim happens when they make long posts. Google searching the issue is futile as there seems to be no info about it. Does anybody know what this is and why it works for them but not for me?
