Allow pinging present members of a role.

Possibly add the ability to ping present members of a certain role, similar to @here. For example:
An outage affected one of the servers in the network I moderate. I would want to tell everyone online that infinity is back online. @here would ping people who weren't affected because they play on a different modpack, and @Infinity would ping people who were offline the whole time.
