Delete Time Stamps

Hey there, 

So we like to talk about Discord being better than Skype in so many areas. There's a feature that Skype had (not sure if Skype still has it because I don't use it) that allowed you to see when someone deleted a message. 

I think this could be implemented in Discord as well. Discord already has an "(edited)" stamp that displays the time that the post was edited. The same format could be applied to deleted messages, where the message deleted would be replaced with "(deleted)" and hovering over that stamp would show the time that the message was deleted. 

Another feature could be added under the "Text & Images" category in User Settings to hide deleted message stamps. If someone decided to turn this feature on, they would no longer see the "(deleted)" stamp, but it would still be there if they decided to turn it back on.
