Give a chance for community run discord to be on Server Discovery

So far, the server discovery feature is great, it's great to find high quality servers, sadly the feature is only for people with partner servers and official servers. I would love to see certain community servers on there which have proved to be worthy of it and are clean servers. There should be a way where you can prove your discord server and get up without being an official company or have a youtube/twitch. I think that communities should be able to prove themselves and that what makes discord great is the community. I suggest an application form and a review of your discord before it gets on Server Discovery to ensure it's a clean server.

    In theory this makes sense, but in practice if a server were to meet these standards... you could just apply for Partner.

    For partner you need a youtube chanel/ twitch or something outside of discord, I'm suggesting a system where you don't need an external platform to get a chance to be on the page.
