Notify owners / players of a game using @game

It would be a handy feature to ping server members who own a game using a tag like @WoW or @Apex.  This can be accomplished with roles, but requires a management tool to add people to the roles, and doesn't allow people to opt out.  This would be a handy way to notify people who have previously played or own the game that you want to play!

If this feature is added it would benefit from opt-out notifications similar to how channel notifications can be configured.

    For one thing, it would make the games library SO much more useful than it is now. I imagine it could also be enabled or disabled altogether by the user, or on a per game or per server basis.
