Option to change server region in a DM call on Mobile

If you're in a call with someone and your server defaults to one that might not have the most stable connectivity, usually it's best to just swap to another, more stable one. Unfortunately you're not able to do so on your mobile phone so you're kinda just stuck there with slight lag until you get to your desktop.

    I don't use Discord Mobile often, but when I do I cannot stress how much I need this on the occasion where I am using Discord Mobile.
