Server side push to talk

I'm sure this may have been submitted before but right now the only option for push to talk effects all servers. I have about 3 servers I'd like to be ptt all the time and 2 servers to be voice activated. It would be awesome if ptt could be made to be server independent that way certain servers could be ptt and certain could be voice activated and we wouldn't have to change settings every time we connected to a different server.
