Allow Multiple Files Per Message

One use case:

My team uses Discord to organize database updates where we will have a feature as a single post. Having the ability to attach multiple files to a single comment would help with chat organization.

Example:

Bob: F2019 - FiscalYear.fnGetYearOfTheDragonId()

                       Fiscal Year File 1

James: F2020 - CatSpecies.fnStrangeCatSave()

Bob: F2019 - Fiscal Year File 2

It'd be helpful to be able to move the Fiscal Year File 2 to the first post
