Are custom URL schemes supported for iOS & Mac apps?

It'd be great if we could link directly to the iOS & Mac Discord apps via e.g. discord://channels/{{server_id}}/{{channel_id}}.

  why only iOS and Mac?

  Only on iOS and Mac as these are the only platforms that support apple’s url schemes.
