Reduce noise

Since you are usually active on several servers, is there the possibility to display only the texts of certain users, so the more unimportant messages are gone (similar to the search box)? Or is there even the possibility to automatically see messages from certain users in an extra channel display, also the question, if so, of servers across the board?
