Discord messages won't show up in my PC, but they show up in Mobile

When I'm texting someone in Discord today, their messages stopped showing up in my PC, but they do show up in my cellphone. HOWEVER, my messages won't ever send in mobile while they still get sent in my PC!

  On mobile you don't need internet to see the messages. It cashes them, you might been offline and that's why you couldn't send messages on mobile.
