Change GIF/Nitro buttons to attachment dropdown.

So you have these buttons in chat now, with Nitro/GIF (https://i.imgur.com/ENeGuHk.png). 
Could there be an option in like 'Appearance' where you can hide this buttons? 
Or maybe make them so they're part of the dropdown of the (+) symbol.
It's just annoying when you have a long message and there's loads of wasted space. :3

    Dear god, PLEASE.  At the absolute minimum, let the text wrap under the stupid buttons, please.
