Webcam Bandwidth Settings for Group Calls

The bandwidth required for video calls leaves much to be desired. There should be a few settings to limit your bitrate upload speed for webcam. This way, those that have lower upload speeds need not suffer in group calls, and the groups Download speed wont be as taxed.

It doesnt even have to be a robust system requiring user research. It could simply be low, medium, and high to start out with.

Low could be - 300-500 kbps
Medium - 1 mbps
High could simply be what it is now

If it needs to be a setting for the whole call, so be it. Slightly lower resolution would be worth the consistency during group calls.
