Alt+# Keybinding unremovable. Makes using Alt-Codes impossible.

Very often I use 'Alt-Codes' (Alt+a number on the numbpad) to help chatting with others- especially when using a different language than English that may require accents that arent on the normal qwerty keyboard. This functianality is a great thing that comes baked into computers, but is completely ruined with a recent change that made Alt+Numbpad items scroll to different tabs in a server (Alt+2 going to the enxt channel lower, for instance).
This would be fine, if the keybind that DOES this was actually removable for those who don't want it. whenever I TRY to replace this hotkey with something else; discord replies "We've disabled the built-in shortcut" like I'd want it to, but doesn't ACTUALLY disable it.
