Allow you to use the Activity Feed tab on Streamer Mode

You're unable to see the Activity Feed tab in User Settings if you have "Hide Personal Information" enabled while Streamer Mode is enabled. No idea why it's blocked since there's no discriminators being shown and no critical personal information.

    I think this should be a seperate toggle for the Streamer Mode!
