no email sent to access discord after ip change

seriously, provide an option to resend the email when discord fails to send email for verification.

    Discord, You need to revamp your feedback ... so many people complaining about this feature in so many different comments!!! This feature should be an user option ... I've been locked out all day today because Discord won't send me an e-mail so that it can confirm my IP address is legit!!!! You need to either remove this functionality or provide the option with the ability to turn the junk feature off! Please listen to your user community feedback and p-lease take action ASAP!!!
