Rewrite the Desktop Chat

We were told that a rewrite of the chat would come soon, I think it should be close to now, so that you can roll out all of the new things like ghost mentions, and more!

  A ghost ping is a ping that was deleted soon after it getting posted. Trust me, it's annoying to deal with sometimes.
