":)" and ":P" Emoticon

I always text with my internet friend very often and we both like to use emoticons (otherwise known as emojis) and when we talk about something funny we like to use the :slight-smile: emoticon...
The problem is that I always write ":)" thinking it's going to look like it, but instead, the :smiley: pops up...

To be honest, I think that the current autocomplete of ":)" doesn't really match the emoticon it's trying to represent...

What I'm saying is; could you please change the autocorrection of ":)" from :smiley: to :slight-smile: ?

remove in your settings in the text images settings the "Automatically convert emoticons in your message to emoji"thing

Did you even read what the TO wrote? ...

He/she is asking for a dynamic emoji adjustment. Lots of people asked for it, Discord yet has done nothing to it.

Not only ":)" looks misplaced with :smiley: but also the ":P" emoji, which should use :yum: instead of :stuck_out_tongue:.

I wish MSN would still exist. Custom emojis was the best thing what could happen to this whole mess of IM-Applications.
