New Features Suggestions for Support via discord

Hello

I am developer of few programs and I have support for users via 3 skypes on my PC
would like to suggest some features that could help for support via discount

- rename user without public view
(some users has trials or made purchase of programs and I would like to see who already made purchase)
- adding roles without public view
(for same reasons as before)
- adding big logo with link to site above list of channels

and I understand that some features could be with Nitro
