PTT Lock or Toggle function why not present?

I hereby ask dev crew Why for the love of Voice Communications as we know it don't we have PTT lock / Toggle which people on Zello Zoiper and so on are familiar with?

The method that works best tends to be a tap once lock they key down setup then tap again to dekey.

I realise this opens up a can of worms with timers and allsorts because even Teamspeak you have to make a template with the ptt lock assigned and another without I think is the trick which also is backwards.

Can you please make it more like an actual RF rig when it comes to PTT? Because these weird hybrids are the pits.

I chose other even though I thought hMMm maybe API ?
