Is there any way to create a custom switch send a message in a channel???

Is there any way when to create a custom switch, so when some one switches the switch it sends a message in a chat saying "MacDonalds Is Now Open" and when the switch is turned off it send another saying "MacDonalds Is Now Closed" (Dont ask why those) I need some help. I have tried creating a webpage with a switch using discord webhook - Nope, Tried a IFTTT Button with webhooks - Nope,  Also tried using a bot so when the prolife comes online it would just send a message. That is probaly a better idea. So when the profile comes online (it is a profile) a bot just sends a message in a chat saying "MacDonalds Is Now Open" and when the account goes offline it says "MacDonalds Is Now Closed". Any help would be appreachated.
