Remap Ctrl+1 to switch to first server, instead of Home tab

Using ctrl + a number to switch between servers is nice, but I don't think Home should be assigned to ctrl + 1. It's very upsetting every time I hit it expecting to go to the first server on my list, but instead land on the Home page. Another nice addition would be some shortcut to go to your first (or nth) new DM (unless there is one that I'm not aware of).
