Why server administrator can easy to change member name in his server

Today I just change my name but the server boss dosen't like it. So he change my name in the server. 

I think my bsic human rights is Infringed. It is stupid thing to change each one name haven't  each one agree.

I hope your can change this. Please help every user.Thanks
