Using limited gif emojis on your server

I'm a simple man, and I just want a shaking face to use on my server and no one elses. I know it's asking for a lot, but would it be possible to just have 5-10 gif emojis for non-nitro users to use on their own servers with friends? Nitro users can still use them, of course.

    Or server owners to be able to use the gifs in order to test them out
