Discord Addition: Ctrl + S Shortcut When Editing Settings

Having the shortcut Ctrl + S (which saves, for all you that didn't know) would make editing settings of everything a lot more streamline, so you don't have to manually press the "Save" button.  I personally find it annoying I have to move my hands from the keyboard more than I should just because I want to save my settings.

    I’m not entirely sure, but I believe you can use the Enter key for this
