Don't mark channels you can't view the message history of as unread.

I keep on getting unread notifications on channels which I do not have permission to view the message history of. It's pretty much ghost pings for life, and it's especially annoying on mobile.

I think they should be treated as muted channels, unless of course, you do have permission to view the message history of it.
