Remove @everyone and @here ping in DMs

I suggest removing @everyone and @here pings in DMs, there's no point. Just ping their username or something. Also, you always get notified everytime someone sends you a DM

    Agreed. They can just make a role to ping people if they want to notify people about stuff. Also, have an option to block a person from pinging me too!!!
