Toggleable back/forth server navigation with mouse 4 and mouse 5

This has been brought up before and actually implemented, but since removed again. It would be nice if the back and forth server navigation with mouse 4 and mouse 5 was brought back as a toggle-able function, since it is somewhat evident that lots of people did enjoy said functionality, but many were actively annoyed by it. This would be the best of both worlds. Thanks (I don't know what category this goes in sorry).

  this exists on the linux version so i think this is a windows(or mac) probblem(just wanted to inform that)
