[Suggestion] Auto-repeat/Refresh of pinned message in channels

Hi, I'd like to suggest an option for channels to "Repeat" the pinned messages each X time, as a new message. Like a reminder of rules, or of useful informations, because many people miss/won't check the pinned messages.
The option for the channel would be in the board of pinned messages for Admins (or authorized roles), with ideally a time to set: 0 (default) means it's never repeated, otherwise the messages will be repeated one after the other, with the interval chosen between them.
The feature could delete the previous same message to prevent polluting the 'search' feature or your servers with duplicated automated content. It would function like a refresh.
Examples of utility:
- rules reminder
- countdown to an important event
- mandatory or useful info / resources to check or know
- sollicitations to perform a certain action to get access to something
- etc.
