Custom UI sizing options

I have motor issues with my right arm, which I also use my mouse with. This makes being precise with my mouse hard for me. The recent Discord UI refresh makes several UI elements (like the server list and channel list) smaller. As a result, I've been misclicking far more than I used to. I have tried using the UI zoom options, but even 110% feels too "cramped" for me. So, I would like to know if there can be an option for custom UI sizing, so I and other people can find the UI size that's "just right" for us?
