Heads up for username change!

Whenever I log into discord and my last login was looong ago, it's possible that I can get confused on who is who if they change their usernames (not their nicknames, like in the server) and have also changed their profiles, so I wanted to suggest a feature where it can be found maybe in the home section where there are updates on who changed their names into what. (Although there's a 'note' feature, I don't particularly use it quite often.)
