NSFW image hiding like SPOILER images

Goes by the title. Any image with NSFW_ at the start of the filename is hidden until the user clicks on it, a bit like SPOILER_ images. Also add an option for the OP or Moderator to auto assign this to posts.

  I’m afraid I have to disagree with you on that. NSFW channels are marked as explicit before you enter the channel. By confirming you are over 18, you agree to see this explicit content, hiding even more would be outrageous.

  I can see this as an automatic cautionary feature for images posted outside of NSFW rooms. People aren't always going to behave, after all, and might post stuff where it's not supposed to be. Not sure how effective it'd be, though. :/

  also note ive seen alot of servers that call things nsfw but its things like memes or other shit that dont even remotly class as nsfw this is why i think this system would be much better to help protect those who are weak to this hazards of life
