The ability to mention someone without using @. It happens when you type in someone's name. They get a popup and the message indicator turns yellow and there's no arrow pointing to it. (Example: Go ask Eclipse. And then I get the yellow indicator and tiny popup and done. And people won't get mad!

  This is a good idea but sometimes, when you just want to say the user's name(no mention), they will get pinged. If they are going to implement this, they can do it at PC because if you type the Enter key in PC, it will show up their name just like in Minecraft
