Improvements To Voice Servers

I am having consistent issues with voice channels and packet loss and randomly getting kicked out of the channel (other people in my server also experience this). This seems to commonly occur in the EU Region where I get a constant packet loss of 10% meaning I have to opt for regions miles away from me such as US just to be able to have some quality in voice channels, however this means I have hightened latency which is not pleasant. I'm getting fed up of having to change voice regions constantly everytime a region starts having issues (which is every couple of hours). I've contacted support about this on multiple occasions and just get the same copy and paste response. It would be nice if the voice servers could be upgraded to actually have a decent quality otherwise there's no point in ditching Skype and TeamSpeak if the voice servers barely work. Can there also be some transparency on the process of the voice servers being improved.

I Have A Suggestion To Improve The Experience When Playing Games With Discord,so Basically When Your In a Voice Call And Your Playing A Game Such As Pubg Mobile,cod Mobile And Any Mobile Game That Requires 360 Degree Hearing.It Makes It All Mono Which Makes The Gaming Experience Much Harder Due To How Hard It Is To Pin Point Enemy’s Location Without Sound Indicators
