A little tweak of the feedback Site

So I had this brilliant idea during my class about how the feedback site could be improved. The chat feedback tab is the second most used tab in the feedback website. It would make sense for it to hold a big tab. - Big tabs at the top - To really emphasize the importance of those two tabs. - also very cool visual improvement *add dark mode to the website too*
